Cloud Systems COVID Response: Client Satisfaction Stays Key
With a number of our clients adopting new technology to ensure their daily operations, meetings and conferences can be held virtually, we would like to address how as a business we have responded to COVID and ensured clients have had a smooth transition into working remotely.
Throughout March, April, May and June 2020 The CLOUD SYSTEMS Group suspended billing for a large number of services. This included all Consultancy and Labour services in addition to other services within our control. Furthermore, we also provided new clients who were joining us as a result of COVID requirements with three months of free onboarding throughout this unprecedented time.
With the economy deeply shaken and no real warning of the impending lockdown, budgeting was mostly not in place for the services and solutions needed to enable users to work remotely. At such a devastating time, we wanted to help ease the burden on our clients where possible instead of adding to their already long list of concerns.
We would like to thank our team whose support this initiative would not have been possible without. Teamwork and a high quality of service are at the forefront of what we do but even so, throughout this period our team members worked long hours deploying a vast number of new services in record time.
Although the CLOUD SYSTEMS team have been working remotely from home in compliance with government measures, we continue to stand united in delivering the highest levels of service for all businesses we support and host for. Further, our senior technical team have been continuing to carry out critical work at our Data Centres around the clock in order to ensure continued reliability, performance and security.
What’s Next for The CLOUD SYSTEMS Group?
We have been fortunate enough to take on new staff throughout this pandemic in order to ensure our team can maintain their high levels of service whilst supporting your specific IT and Business needs. Internally we have been extremely proud to transition an Apprentice into his full-time support role and have additionally hired a new member of staff to further service clients nationwide.
As lockdown begins to ease our client’s offices and business begin to open their doors once again, we look forward to supporting them whatever the future may bring whilst adhering to any required government safety guidelines.
We have nothing less than excitement, hard work and new technology in the pipeline for 2020.
